This was the second time this year to visit the store in Louisville and Jim helped me both times. My father and mother passed away 8 months apart and Jim helped me make easel back posters to honor them. He did so with such sympathy and care that it made the experience a joy. I will be forever grateful.

Note: This rating is not a reflection of the staff at this store, it's for FedEx as a whole in regards to customer service when there is a delivery problem. Sent a shipment to my daughter in Lexington. It was a new credit card, so I decided it would be safer to pay extra for FedEx. 12 DAYS later, she finally got the envelope. By the time I got the late envelope back in my hands, a new card had been issued and some weeks had passed. I went to the store where I had shipped it originally and asked for a refund. They gave me an 800#, as they couldn't do anything at the store level. Called FedEx on the 800# and the automated robot denied my request, so I prompted for a human customer service person. The person searched up my tracking number and claimed my package was delivered to my daughter's address TWO HOURS earlier than I even dropped off the package! And, since more than 15 days had passed, the claim was denied. Not even an "I'm sorry" from the customer service person. They had me hold for a survey and, big surprise, the survey hung up just as I was pushing the number for being dissatisfied. UPS will always get my business from now on, even if it's less convenient.

I have used this location quite a few times now for work and they are always a great help! They're really good at packing things for you and have always provided a cart and assistance getting things in and out of the car every time I have gone. They have a great staff and seem to really enjoy working there. It is busy sometimes but I think it's more due to the location getting in and out and once you're in there the line does move fast if there is one too

Had an exceptional experience here. I was in a rush and needed something shipped. I had one of the reusable packages, my item, and a shipping label. I was immediately greeted by the very warm and friendly manager. The cashier, just as friendly and warm, took all my items and assured me I was good to go. It couldn't have been easier! The store itself was bright and welcoming. Big thanks so the FedEx team for a great experience.

I rarely ship anything so I'm always nervous to get the packing right. This time I was super nervous because I was shipping a firearm back to the manufacturer for repair. We had just moved so I couldn't print the label the company had sent me. I went to this location because it was the closest to me. The associates were so helpful! They answered all my questions, printed my label and even gave me a box to put it in. Seriously outstanding service.

Terrible customer service. Do not care about customers, and will show you out 10 minutes before closing. The other location is more customer oriented. Would not recommend this location.

There is one individual who is responsible for these 5 stars. I regret I didn't get his name but he was an older gentlemen with white hair and couldn't have been more helpful or kind. All I had to do was print 2 shipping labels because my printer at home decided to quit on me, and after failed attempts at 2 different friends and my sister helping, and going to about 4 different libraries to find they're all still closed to the public, I decided I'll just go and pay. I only had a $100 bill (who has cash anymore?! Got in my savings stash just to find some) and the first kid behind the desk who tried to help me said they can't break it so I'd have to use a card. Well... I was kind of put off because I had been trying to print out two measly pieces of paper for days now....why is this so hard?! But then the older gentlemen saw me, asked if he could help, and ended up just passing them off without charge and said to not worry about it until next time. Well sir.... when next time rolls around, you have earned that business. Small acts can go a long way. Thank you.

Every time I come here, they find more ridiculous fees to add. They keep increasing the paper weight and charging more when that's not what I asked for. Last time I went I had to explain to an employee what printing landscape meant, as well as how to print 6 copies on one page. I was then charged a "digital enhancement fee" for them to hit control P. I'm done with this location. The staff was nice, but I'm tired of being ripped off and then lied to about the price. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

This is my go to FedEx center for work, I use this location over others as they are quite fast and friendly. I'm usually in and out within a few minutes and they print my emailed labels. They offer anywhere from prints, packaging and even banner stands. I don't mind heading here when I run errands.

Too bad that a Reviewer is required to give one star when the service received justified less than one star. All I needed to do was drop off and get a receipt for a package that was properly labeled, packaged and weighed less than one pound. I am pretty sure the two steps toward me to take the package, creating the receipt and then the two steps back (all in slow motion) will be the most strenuous work this clerk will do today. No smiles only a 'your welcome' after I said THANK YOU. I used to do a lot of business with this location and am saddened to see their service diminish with each visit.

Very unhelpful and rude. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to a UPS. I ordered a gift and fedex didn't even deliver it and left it at this facility. So it ruins the surprise and delight factor. Very disappointed.
