My car was totaled in an accident in April 2024 and really didn’t know the process of having my claim, etc. This office was awesome at answering my questions (of which I had many) and talking me through the process and how to handle everything. I recently had a terrible fire incident after which I got in touch with Julie Mendoza who is a Agent Team Member and a Customer Service Specialist at Ryne Salyer State Farm. Julie along with the rest of the team made the insurance process a walk in the park. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to tackle my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency that puts customers first.

This state farm is such a cool. I quote my auto insurance today. Look what happen, my monthy auto ins is dropped like a half of normally I paid. It is fair and affordable. The place is cozy and nice. The agents are friendly. Love it ?.. Recommend 100%.

I sold a vehicle that I no longer needed. Immediately after I closed the deal, it took just minutes for me to get the insurance coverage canceled on the sold vehicle and my payments adjusted. I was able to get all this done through the State Farm App. You know it's a simple process if even I can get it done. Thank you Julie for all the answers to my questions before selling the vehicle.
