This place is a little above my price range. A very knowledgeable gentleman named Jim Hines was quick to adjust his suggestions accordingly. Equally quick to assess my size and needs. He explained that I required a slightly smaller size than I had been wearing and he was right. After some alterations my beautiful suit fits like a glove and makes me feel fantastic. Another gentleman helped out and was also very good at his job, so I think the staff is well-educated in their craft. Rodes is the Gold Standard in Louisville. You owe it to yourself to visit.

Top shelf, white glove shopping at it's very finest. I needed trousers fitted and hemmed same day for a funeral. Cheri Hines provided perfect service and between her and the tailoring staff, my order was ready at 4pm. If you want no pressure, complete customer service, Rodes is the place for you. Bravo. And thank you.

Absolutely outstanding experience! I’ll be honest, I have no style and very little shopping experience, but from the second I hit the door everyone in Rhodes made me feel welcome and completely comfortable. I left feeling amazing with a great new outfit, and they tailored everything by the next day to ensure I looked my best for an event. I could write a book about how great this place is, but, in short, I’m not sure you could change a single thing to make it better.

Excellent store! Amazing shoe collection - they carry golden goose and several other fun brands, and a wide variety of clothing designers. Meagan sent me photos ahead of time of their shoe collection to help me decide in advance which was a huge help and picked out some awesome coated pants for me as well!

Went in not planning on spending much. Was given a great range of options from Jim and left with a wonderful, versatile suit. Alterations took only a day. Jim was extraordinary and kept me informed throughout it all. Very satisfied!

My bf and I went in there for derby looking for a hat for him. No one greeted us not asked us if we needed help. I guess he assumption was made that our green dollars don’t spend like white peoples dollars. We were told to go there by another male boutique. I called that male boutique and told them do not ever suggest someone go to Rhodes for anything.
