I have my cars insured with State Farm at Robin Brown's office. The staff who serve customers are very efficient, mainly Mrs. Pilar. She is always friendly and solves problems very professionally. Whenever I contact the office I try to have her be the one to assist me because of her kindness to the client and the speed in resolving the concerns of others. I recommend to my family and friends the insurance in that office and that they contact Mrs. Pilar. Your attention is to be admired. Thank you very much Pilar and State Farm.

Hard to reach by phone and don’t answer questions fully. Don’t have time for the cat and mouse communication. Just answer the question directly and we all can get on with our business. I hate having multiple follow-ups to get an answer.
