Based on my experience, getting your windows tinted here will cost you top dollar for mediocre results at best. Even worse, the customer service is confrontational and uninterested in helping. Out of all the places that have tinted windows for me, this was the most expensive and had the worst service. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Sent out my radio to get fixed one of the technicians said the board was out that’s why my head unit was not working as it should. New board was installed and radio works like new now. I also got a 1 year warranty on it so that’s good. I found the ad listing on eBay. Definitely recommend doing business with them. Down below are some pictures of a before and after.

I bought a gift certificate for my daughter to have her windows tinted. These people charged her almost $600 for the same job that Pro-Tint did for under $200. Same quality work. The tint job was nicely done but too expensive. Highway Robbery!!!

My experience with Robert’s Auto Electronics was second to none.The workmanship was very professional and after the completion, the installation looked as if it was factory installed. Roberts had my vehicle for an entire day and "forgot" to work on it. Supposedly didn't even realize it was there. Exceptional waste of time.

I brought my car to them thinking that they would do a good job. They broke things inside the car. I told them that they had to replace the parts and they ordered only two of them out of four. They sent them to my home address so I can install them myself. This behavior is unprofessional. You don’t treat your customers like this. I will never bring any of my vehicles to this place again!

Stay away from this place. They are unprofessional and don’t care if they break something in your vehicle. They don’t repair and deny they did anything to it. I wish I had read their reviews before I trusted my vehicle to them.

I highly recommend this business. I have had two radios repaired by them so far (2013 Fiesta and 1990 New Yorker), and have been very happy with the results and the price ($150ish each time). They have good customer service as well. I will say the turnaround time is not necessarily fast (usually a week and a half to two weeks), and you will have to call to get an update, but otherwise, no issues! Their service tech Joe has been in the business for forty years; that’s the sort of person I trust! I will continue to use them for all of my radio repair needs ??

Easy to get an appointment. My factory SiriusXM was not working intermittently on my 10 year old truck. Danny diagnosed the issue even though it happened to be working while it was in there. Friendly service. Been using Robert's for over 25 years.
