I would give a zero but it’s not available. I used this guy and his Father since I was 16 years old. My whole family has used them over the years. Together as a family we have had houses, condos, cars, trucks, boats, collectibles and even a marina insured by them. When my condo flooded not once but twice the board, attorneys and insurance at the condos refused to pay because the backup was in an area in the building that they did not cover. This guy and the brilliant wonderful minds at State Farm also claimed not once but twice they were not responsible. The plumbing company out of Middletown Kentucky Vessels Plumbing did not write it up correctly both times what was wrong in the reports so the condos insurance and this guy with State Farm got out of paying anything both times. When I begged him to finally help out the second time he finally called the owners of the plumbing company to “help” but none of them did anything or admitted anything wrong was found. They just patted each other on the back saying they would give each other recommendations in the future. In the meantime I was out $10,000 plus in repairs and costs. I would recommend to avoid these people at all costs. Unbelievable. State Farm is the worst.

After 20+ years of being a devoted client and 30+ years for my mother, we no longer will be doing business with Richard. Should have left long ago. Lack of accountably and an attitude as if we are putting him and his staff out. Found another agent with State Farm who goes over and beyond to make sure we understand and are happy.
