Very nice and honest staff. I love this establishment because the gate is open from 7 am to 9 pm 7 days a week. The office staff returned phone calls promptly, which is great. Customers are not subjected to listening to their recording and holding on the phone for long periods of time because they actually answer the phone.

I have my RV stored there. Someone stoked my Cadillac converter off of it. It's a gated but no cameras. Not secure at all.

We have kept our camper here since 2009. Good prices for storage. New owners have put in upgrades, asphalt drive and lot around storage units. Easy access off Bardstown road.

Recently we rented a storage unit there, the new manager was more than helpful and the prices were as low as i could find. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Went there to get my belongings out of storage at 7:30am, fence was still locked. Called , no answer! Three other vehicles was waiting to get in on the other side where RV's are parked! Should've listened to my mother when she turned her nose up at this place!
