Needed a new mask and they were able to quickly help with the situation. Been using them 15+ years and have never had an issue. The occasional bad experience customer is always nosier than the usual customer who is satisfied and doesn't leave comments.

We've been using Renaissance off and on for about 15 years as ours daughters needs have changed and have never had an issue with the service or supplies. Lisa has always been our go-to lady all that time and has always been super helpful during our time using ventilators and oxygen equipment.

My machine was set at 8.5, it jumped to 12.5 . Was told I needed to call the doctors office to have an order issued. I did that at 9:30 am. By 2:09 the only person that could do it went home. Have to go the whole weekend. Gould's medical would have made sure it got fixed. :( . Poor service e on their part.. :(

No knowledge of CPAP supplies.The person "helping"me" had no clue about CPAP masks or how to fit them properly to the face.It's cheaper for me to buy supplies off Amazon.

Very dishonest. They tried to sell me a dirty broken machine and then blame it on other people. Im not happy and will not recommend them to anyone.

Their “on-call” staff is horrible about getting back with you. My son is on a vent and we couldn’t get his oxygen machine to work properly, I called their answering service and explained we were having trouble keeping our son’s sats up and we needed this to be looked at. The answering service said they would page the on-call person. Two hours later, the on-call person returned the call. By that time, my husband had gotten his tools and we fixed it on our own. Apparently, our son’s low oxygen level wasn’t enough of a concern for them to promptly return our call.

Initial visit was pleasant. I am a new customer. I needed a new CPAP with mask, etc. They don't carry the mask I have been using for ten years. The "sales associate/nurse"? showed me what they stocked. She suggested a nasal mask. I said no way, I had tried them before and they were not for me. She then showed me the full face mask. I tried it on attached to the CPAP for maybe 2 minutes to see what I thought of it. It felt ok and she said if I didn't like it I could bring it back. Great! I tried it for a week or so and hated it, so I took it back. This associate showed me what they had and I explained they didn't carry what I liked so I would just buy it online. I wanted a refund. They refused, said I had tried it on and they could exchange it but no refund. I told her you have to sleep with it a few nights before you know if it will work for you. She continued to argue that I had tried it on! I told her I certainly wouldn't be back and left. Poor, Poor customer service. Poor selection. Stay away unless you want to be charged $50.00 for something you can't use!Carla Denham

I was a new patient. I arrived with time to spare this morning. The gentleman in the van next to me asked if I worked there. I said no. I could see that he was very agitated. He was telling me that his son is on a respirator and the respirator quit. He called the emergency number at 6am this morning and told the man that was on call that he needed another respirator immediately! The guy told him that he could pick up at noon. The gentleman told him, "This Is An Emergency"! " I need this for my son"! The guy on call says,That's the way it is. You can always take him to the emergency room!

Unbelievable customer service! I have been with 3 DME companies and Renaissance is by far the best. Most people only post negative reviews so I wanted to be one of the positive!
