incredibly helpful team that represents the Relax the Back family/brand better than any retail location I have ever seen. They also represent Life Form chairs great. I moved here a few years ago and had purchased my chair from another Relax the Back location and this team of fine individuals made my warranty claim seamless, worry-free and excelled at communicating and making me smile. I recently purchased a chair from Relax The Back. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect chair for my back pain needs.
The delivery service was equally impressive. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and very careful with my new furniture.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Relax The Back. They have a great selection of chairs, exceptional customer service, and a top-notch delivery team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive chair.

I've been a fan of Relax the Back for years--their zero gravity chairs are great for my back and their lift chair was just right for my mother in her 90s. But they also offer great service. When I moved recently and needed to have the lift chair placed in my basement, the movers just couldn't make it go down the stairs. When I called Relax the Back, Jen sent her team to dismantle it and move it within hours of my call. Great service on short notice. Thank you, Jen!

It is my pleasure to post this review. This is probably only the second online review I have ever placed which speaks to my opinion. I have punched three mattresses from this store over the course of many years. Everything that you’d think is true. The store is clean, gorgeous. The products are very high end. But what sets this store apart from the others, for me, are the people that are there. First purchase, they were so kind and helpful but I thought maybe I just lucked out. Second, wow, they people are just really great. Third purchase, I wasn’t only purchasing a bed, I was ill in palliative care and they made me feel that I was the center of everything they were thinking about to help me find the bed that would help me finally get some rest. When you’re that sick, your bed can be your life and it was clear, they knew how important this was. It is clear to me that, not only do they know their products through and through, carry very high integrity and honesty. They most importantly, cared about me as a person and put doing whats right for me at the top of everything that they were doing. And, I should point out that I was referred there from someone else to begin with which assures me that they treat everyone this way. As as physician myself, I have no reservation in telling that if you or someone you care about are having issues with you back, neck, pain, issues sleeping, or any issue with your bedding, seating, posture, or any number of issues, you won’t regret walking into those doors. I’m am confident, if they can help you, they will and that their bottom line is no where near the top of their mind. Trust me. They will have my business forever.
