The salesman was able to answer my questions and he was not pushy at all. He was very helpful. I ended up purchasing my first ever pair of Red Wing's, which were the non-steel toed work boot. I have been wearing them for a week now and am very pleased. This will not be my last pair by any means.

Very friendly staff, they took care of my old boots with oil while I waited there. They put me on their Ultimate Fit Profile machine and it worked perfectly. The boots I purchased fit great.

They said they didn't have my boots in stock and they would have to make them and it would take 3 to 4 weeks before I would be able to receive them so I went to another boot store not a Red wings and bought a pair for $239.99

It was great. The gentleman was friendly. Welcomed me and asked about my work. He had me jump on a machine to measure my feet, he made sure the shoes fit, and checked me out. He definitely helped me make a great decision for work shoes. Thank you sir

So I needed some boots. I’m on my feet 12 hours a day and my legs have been killing me lately. I decided to stop into red wing to just give it a look. I was greeted with a no pressure guy who was asking a bunch of questions about what I was looking for and what I was walking on and how many hours and any preferences that I had. I want slip on and comfort. Complete overkill I thought. Wrong. So 21st century Al Bundy (in a complementary way) has me standing on this thing that scans my feet from every angle known to man and recommends a pair of boots for me. I told him size 12. He says no. Your 11.5. Whatever. He comes back with both sizes and has me trying on the 12 first. He checked my feet and says now try these. The guy was like a foot god. I walked out with the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever worn. My feet don’t hurt and my legs aren’t sore. Hats off to red wing and the boots they make and the knowledge that the guys have. You think you know your feet but go get fitted. All the difference! Not just a shoe/boot store. I can’t say enough good about my experience. I will definitely recommend my friends and coworkers visit
