I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs wood, tile, or carpet. Awesome selections. Rose was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. The staff at the front desk were very friendly too. Can’t wait to see our wood floor installed!

Laura helped pick out our tile for our bathroom renovation. She did a great job explaining all of the options and we love the finished product! She was forthcoming about turnaround times on our order, so we knew exactly what to expect, even in light of supply chain disruptions. Can't recommend her and ProSource enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Laura. She worked with us on all our tile and engineered hardwood for our new build. What a pleasure!! She definitely knew her products and advised us the entire time. I would recommend Prosource to anyone building a new home or remodeling. Not only did Laura help selecting tiles, she recommended paint colors! I felt like I had my own personal designer through the entire process. I only wished the Louisville store carried kitchen and bath cabinetry.

I interviewed with this company. I'd have to say that I was very impressed with their culture there. There floor was beautiful and well laid out There staff was friendly and personable. You can tell their manager truly cared about the staff and customers alike. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She cared about her customers receiving the best possible product. One they that they would truly enjoy and would last and last.

A year ago we did full kitchen remodel at the heart of the Pandemic. Products, Backsplash, grout, caulk and flooring chosen by Mercedes came in a timely Manor so my project didn’t drag on. Everything still looks amazing and is holding up to much wear and tear as my family continues to work from home. Her design skills are tasteful and helpful even helped choose paint colors.All the employees of this store are sweet, kind and patient.

Laura helped me to choose rugs for multiple rooms in my home. The selection at ProSource is excellent, and the friendliness and professionalism of all who work there, particularly Laura, can’t be beat. I had a budget and Laura easily helped me find beautiful options within my price range. I would recommend ProSource to anyone shopping for rugs or flooring.

We just purchased a primary home in Louisville. We are moving from another state and needed to find a carpet provider before moving to town so this all had to be virtual. Our realtor recommended this vendor and I was connected with Rose. Rose took time to talk with me on the phone about the type of carpet I wanted. She asked all the right questions and said she'd be back in touch. Later that day, she texted me 12 photos of different carpets that met my requirements. I picked one and we purchased. It came in the time promised and looks just wonderful. Couldn't be happier.

We ordered 2 custom rugs, Mercedes was a dream to work with! Would highly recommend! We’ve also used them for our wood flooring & all of the tile in our house, most of the items came in earlier than expected during all of the covid shipping delays ☺️

They were recommended by Jimmy's flooring who did an awesome job. Their Product was reasonably priced and seems to be high quality. My only issue was that the project had to be pushed back because they did not get the product in when they said they would. Not a big deal though because it was only a couple days and I was not on a tight schedule.The bigger issue was that he couldn't finish the job because I found out they still didn't have had a transition piece in. When I called to tell them to forget about that piece (I had purchased another for $6) they said I had to pay because it was shipped to them now. Then I find out it was $85 for a single length of transition. I had to move out of state the next week so I didn't have time to deal with fighting so I paid.They were helpful and reasonably priced (if you ignore the way overpriced transition) but I will not use them again or recommend to others.product promised: 5/7/2018product arrived: 5/9/2018install finished: 5/15/2018transition arrived: 5/16/2018
