I would like to say that Dan and the mechanic that was there were very kind and professional. The kind of auto shop that you want to go to where they are not trying to take your money but they are actually trying to help you and be fair which is very hard to find. I took a road trip from Indiana to come to the amusement park in Louisville with my young daughter and my car broke down and they were very understanding and helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Had to tow our car there. Luckily they were able to get to it the next day. Bad fuel controller. Fixed and walked out well satisfied speed and price.

Dan and the employees at Probilt did a great job with my car. Took it in a few months ago with an issue, and I had to get it back quickly. They could not identify the issue in the short time and did nothing to it. At first I was mad, but Dan told me he did not want to sell me something that he wasn’t sure would address the issue. Took it back a month later when I had more time and they fixed all of the problems with the car. I now feel like I have a mechanic I can trust, which means a lot to me. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I would strongly suggest you do not use this place. I had a $150 diagnostics completed and was told it was the fuel pump. So of course I approved the repair only to come to pick it up and it’s actually not drivable now. It would at least run and drive before bringing it to him. I spent $750 for my van to not be able to drive and it’s been parked in my garage. I’ve had to get a different vehicle because I’m not going to put anymore into it. As a mechanic you should’ve done a fuel pressure test to determine fuel pump was faulty but then you wouldn’t be able to get as much money that way.
I’ve contacted the attorney general and the company has tried to do another diagnostics test free of charge because they know they are in the wrong.
I’m not taking anything to them after being conned out of that much money. I will be taking them to small claims court. Buckle up
