They did a great job on my nails but it was wayy overpriced. I paid $75 for a fill-in that should not have costed more than $55 in my opinion

I went to Pretty Nails in Central Station because a friend recommend Mimi. When I tell you she was rough with drill I mean cutting my cuticle skin rough! I told her acrylic and she did brown powder instead. Lied when I asked if what she was about to use acrylic. She said yes. On top of that she didn't put enough neon yellow coats on my nails. Had a never to say $80. Saying I was ticked off was an understatement. I started to say I'm not paying for the powder set. Only thing I did like was the designs. I got fleeced or hood winked.??
Requested style: Deep french with neon yellow gel polish on acrylic nails is what I requested. Not what I got though.

I haven’t done a review in a LONG time but I had to share my experience here. I travel a lot and always try to be loyal to my home nail salon. I was in town in Louisville and desperately needed a fill and pedicure. I was reluctant at first because of a few bad reviews…but THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST MANICURE and PEDICURE I have had in my life. I have been to lush spas and my nails have never felt or looked healthier. Selena took her time to repair the damage that had been done.
This is my new go to every time I am in town!!

It seems hard to find a good pedicure these days I tried Pretty Nails today in the Churchill Downs Kroger strip mall. They were clean and responsive. They did a good job and made sure my toes were cured before I put on my shoes. I paid extra for parrifin wax, which I reminded the woman about. Instead of a hot wax treatment (as I expected), she used a parrifin lotion that was not worth the extra $10. My fault for assuming all parrifin is hot.

I live in Lexington KY, and will only go to this location in Louisville. They are always friendly, no matter how busy they are. The nail techs always seem so happy. I always feel welcome. Been going here for over a year now and always a great experience, my nails always look amazing! Mi Pham is so kind, and patient. No matter how busy they are she is calm, and provides full service before taking another customer. She is amazing.

Been here 3 times and the customer service has been subpar every time. I went for a full set and had to come back twice for a nail repair for the same nail. The first nail repair was 6 dollars and the second nail repair was 10 dollars. Inconsistent pricing is a red flag. Won’t be returning.

I have been Salina going to Selena for over 6 months now and she is AMAZING! She genuinely cares for her clients and she is attentive to detail. I travel across town because she is that GOOD!
