Lily and everyone here is amazing! Best pedicure I have had in years!!!! They are so kind and they really take their time to get it right. I will definitely be back!!
Requested style: I always get gel tips. They had no problem giving me exactly what I requested.

I thought i would give this nail salon another try so I called and made an appointment for 5. Got their and they said have a seat 20 mins later i finally got seated. When they asked me what i would like to do i said hand and feet gel but i dont have alot of time. So they said dont worry we do it both at the same time. I thought that was so nice so i agreed but once they got done with my nails they were terrible. I was in a rush so i didnt want to argue but after i got home i felt so taken adavantaged off. I understand if your busy just say no. I had a aweful experience.

Lilly is the absolute best at pedicures. I told them my expectations were high and we laughed about it the whole time while they provided their standard quality service. They’ve set the bar high. I love it here ?
Cleanliness: The salon is very comfortable and clean. The environment is so peaceful and roomy.

I just got off work and they took me almost immediately as a walk in. I got classic dip and it was perfection, along with amazing service. I had Love and he was the best I could’ve ever asked for. We had great conversation, my nails were clean and sharp, and he finished with cuticle oil and even a hot towel that was just apart of the dip charge. It’s so refreshing to be met with friendly and kind service, and great work to go with it!

This was my first time visiting this nail shop. Love was my nail tech. He treated me as if he knew me for years. I love my nails and my pedicure was wonderful. I will be back in two weeks. You need to come see for yourself.
Requested style: I wanted my nails reshaped with a silver tip and very small pearls. Beautiful ❤️
Cleanliness: The nail shop was very clean.

I went to Pretty Nails across from Lake Forrest and was very impressed with Love and his staff. He was gentle, yet was able to get rid of two nagging ingrown toenails that simply grow that way. The pedicure and manicure were both top notch. I will definitely be going back!! FIVE STARS! *****

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. New Management has everything under control. I walked in and was helped right away. I got an old set from a previous shop removed and a new full set put on. The shape was exactly what I asked for. Conversation was great and my every concern was addressed immediately. I asked for a freestyle design and just provided the colors I wanted. I am so happy with the design and overall look of my nails but it didn’t end when he was done with the designs. A hot towel wrap was included and cuticle oil applied. This truly was one of, if not, the best nail experiences I’ve had in Louisville. Very clean and the prices are SOOO affordable.
Cleanliness: The place was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Very much relaxing and smelled nice not like chemicals.

Pretty Nails does a fantastic job every time I go to get either a manicure or a pedicure. I started going after the ownership change and I have been to each person that works there and I am always happy with my nails! Lily is amazing! My new favorite salon by far!
