Awful custom service...never going back there again after waiting for over 10 minutes, some guy came to the window and argued with me instead of waiting on me. He found time to argue instead of doing the job he is payed for.

This is not the branch I go to normally, but I do go in there occasionally. I was in there this morning and my back was killing me. I asked the guard if it was ok for me sit down for a while because of my back. She told me to sit down in one of the chairs by the tellers. I had my hands full of bags with purchases from the Dollar Tree next door. The guard held the doors open for me when I left the bank. The staff there are very friendly and usually get you in and out pretty quick.

My fiancé and I have been trying to get our check deposited and put into our account. It's been deposited but never showed up in the account. We called and asked for assistance and they said they would look into it and call us back. They never did. They're rude and disrespectful. We've asked for our appointment to be closer to our rent due date but they just don't really care about their customers. Everyone there is rude. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I rather find a different branch or bank to take my services too.

Pitiful, poor service. Hire some some people or close the branch. This is ridiculous. And don't blame it on the virus.

The WORST bank! Service is always slow and they never have enough people working. I try to avoid going to anything other than the ATM at all costs. When it's unavoidable, I always leave frustrated. The staff is not knowledgeable and very inconsistent. What one employee tells you is completely contradicted by the next.

I hope this is the correct branch. I'm writing a review on the branch on preston that sits down the street from the cemetery.
The only bright side of this experience was the teller Brittney. I went in to cash a check that was drawn off of pnc. Brittney told me that I would have to either open an account or I would be charged 2% to cash the check (a check that was drawn off of that very bank). Although I don't need another account I did not want to throw away 2% of the amount of the check, so I agreed to open an unwanted bank account. Brittney's superior then tells Brittney that it is too late to open an account and to charge me $45 to cash my check. No he was not a very nice person and he lacked customer service skills. I take that back. When I stepped into the bank he was sugary sweet to thr caucasian customers, his friendliness just did not extend to me. Through all of this Brittney remained professional and treated me with the upmost respect. Someone please tell me when banks started charging to cash checks drawn off of their bank. This experience has turned me off when it comes yo pnc bank. I would never bank at a pnc branch. While I'm writing this review I will say how great the staff are at the L&N credit union downtown are. Also, the tellers ay Chase at the downtown Jefferson street location are amazing. PNC could take notes from those 2 branches. Again, the only thing keeping me grom giving PNC a 1 is because of Brittney's professionalism, compassion and the smile that remained on her face while conducting business with me

Friendly and knowledgable staff. They always treat me like a valued customer. One of the best PNC branches I've dealt with.

Small quiet bank with a friendly staff. Far better than 5/3 in many ways. I will always stay with PNC

I've been a PNC Bank customer for 15 years, and for good reason -- they've helped me out of a bind with my checking account in the past and have never charged me a dime for my checking account, although they often hassle me to upgrade to their more costly Performance account.
This is my local branch, and the last time I went in they treated me like a criminal. I was planning a family yard sale and needed change (ones, quarters, dimes, etc) for a 20 dollar bill. When I went to the counter, the lady looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to change cash -- they made me not only show my ID, but also my debit card JUST TO GET CHANGE for a $20 that I withdrew from their ATM machine outside seconds before.
Does anyone else remember the days when banks would make change for you without having to show your freaking birth certificate? Maybe when I was younger, but that was many moons ago and now it seems like they just see us as lowly peons to take advantage of.
Good thing you can now do most anything you need from the ATM machine, because there's no way I'm going back into this location until the elitist, suspicious and downright weird attitude of the employees at this location changes.
