Longest wait ever. Waited an hour and said forget it! NP had a patient she was seeing about 30 minutes past another person who’s time it was to be seen (per the patient waiting who’s appt was 30 min prior to mines). She came out, signed someone in knowing she had people who had signed in, we’re sick, had been waiting for some time and were 30 min or more past appointment times. There were only 3 chairs to sit in which were full with others waiting. She wouldn’t let anyone sit in the extra chair there, despite people being sick and waiting for extended periods! Didn’t let patients know she would be with them. Didn’t speak. Had an attitude! Will never visit this location again.A regular Norton patient and never in my life have any of the other locations been this slow or unprofessional!

Woman behind the counter was rude and inconsiderate. If she had taken two seconds to have a conversation I wouldn't have wasted so much time today. I will be scheduling my next appointment at a different location.

We made an appointment for 11:45, at 11:55 a lady shows up that had an 11:30 appointment, they decided to make the rest of us wait even longer now causing me to be late to work!! It was 12:30 before we were seen.

Of no help at all. Said nothing wrong but I was dizzy and had nausea. That was a waste of co-pay!!!

First you should be aware that a regular visit with no tests will cost over $300 to see a nurse practitioner. She may disregard symptoms, and they couldn't seem to file insurance as presented. Other than that, I guess it is the same poor healthcare America has learned to accept.

Ingrid Nelson, APRN went above and beyond to be personable and make me feel comfortable. She provided excellent care and is a wonderful asset to the Norton team.

There does not appear to be a way to cancel an appointment by phone or online. Calling by phone, I just got an automated message. I had to drive to the clinic to cancel. There is only one person at the clinic.

Wait was long in spite of online appointment made long before. Time in the observation room was very long as well.

Cannot get a call back after calling number on prompt care paperwork and pharmacy doesn't have RX prescribed, no location in the area does. Has to be ordered. I need RX now. Not in 3 days. And apparently the number listed isn't answered on the weekend. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I've been here before and always had a pretty good experience. The only reason I am giving a 1 star is because when I dont feel good and the nurse practitioner seemed very mad and not very easy going, it is the last thing somebody that is sick wants to deal with. It started with my insurance and when I genuinely didnt know I had to call before hand, she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and stated "yes or no" in a very angry demeanor, I felt like she wasnt very professional at all and was trying to get me out of that room as quick as possible.
