Do not use the atm on the side of the building connected to the building it will eat your deposit! Took my cash and now im on a 10 day investigation to resolve it hopefully they will fix and credit my account soon thank God I'm not living check to check!

Always only 1 teller working the counter and drive thru. Like most businesses, they have found the one that works the fastest and leave her to do it all. Oddly they have a host, at a bank? That just watches the line grow. 3-4 other employees walking around and chatting. 5 stars for the lady that does it all!

worst customer service I’ve ever had. Not a single person said hello or smiled or greeted me when I walked in. Then it took them about 10 minutes to tell me I couldn’t withdraw because my address on file didn’t match my ID. I then provided an ID that had the correct address and they still refused after I gave multiple conformations for my account. They were rude throughout the entire process. I may even switch bank holders because of this interaction and definitely will never return to this location.

Made an appointment online. It scheduled us with a banker. We get there 15 mins early so there was no rush. The manager explains how the person we are scheduled with doesn’t work on Saturdays ummm wow then begins to tell us they don’t expect appointments on Saturday. Just horrible

I spoke with a customer service representative at this Valley Station location on Dixie Highway about setting up a political account. She was very professional and even gave me more information than I needed to help out with doing everything the proper way. It was outstanding.

Very Rude manager. I had an experience with PNC-who I have banked with for many many years. This manager is very nasty to her clients. I had my disabled older sister who cannot see and walk well, needed to open a savings account. The manger made me sit out in the car and finally when my sister was allowed in---(I had to help her walk in), she could not write or needed help, the manager came to the door and said for me to come in. She was very rude during the whole time and process and made sure to let us know that she was doing us a BIG favor! My accounts have been shut down as well.

I have used pnc for several years and I dislike them more and more every time I have to deal with them. This branch in particular takes at a minimum, 30 min to get through the drive through every time. I don't know what their problem is. I also bank with abound credit union and I never have to wait longer than 5-10min. I am seriously considering closing all my pnc accounts

You would think a large Bank such as PNC would update there scheduled open times due to the covid-19 pandemic issues, but when I looked on the main website for all PNC Banks in the Kentucky area all I see is open time is 9 a.m. but when you go to the bank you'll find that most branches are opening at 10 a.m. with long lines standing outside the doors and long lines of cars waiting to go through the drive-thru teller. PNC has done a pretty good job most of the time for my family we all bank here. But the fact that they can't update their website when it's already been 3 months into this covid-19 crisis but they can't update their website. Secondly about the ATM's at most branches, the ones I visited are usually around 9 a.m. however the majority of the time I pull in at 9 a.m. the ATM immediately shuts off and it's being maintained. I would either need to wait 30 minutes to an hour to use it or go someplace else. This exact same things happened to me approximately 5 times only at the PNC ATMs. Shouldn't there be a sign posted that they do maintenance every day at 9 a.m. and the ATMs will not be available until 10 a.m. this would only be courteous to their customers.

I came here to get a few bills exchanged for smaller change. They were unwilling to serve me despite the nonprofit I work for having an account there. They said I needed an account number, which I didn't have on hand. I went to the bank next door instead who kindly served me without an account.

DO NOT UTILIZE PNC BANK FOR YOUR BANKING NEEDS. My wife and I opened up several acts with PNC BANK, and it was a complete nightmare during the 2 months that we were with them. Firstly, any transaction whether it was a deposit or withdrawal they would refuse to give us s receipt from inside the bank. Secondly, each transaction that was conducted with a debit card would take a week to show up on their online banking site. In addition, their CD' S pay very low interests rates compared to our other banks that we are customers with. Finally, after several months of giving them a chance I finally decided to close both acts. When I went in to the Valley Station location this past Saturday, the manager had the nerve to tell me that even though we were unhappy, TGE MANAGER WAS CHARGING US 25.00 DOLLARS TO CLOSE EACH ACCT. IT WAD 50.00 DOLLARS OF OUR OWN MONEY TO CLOSE OUT AND LEAVE THIS INSTITUTION. This was not right, and she refused to waive the fees. DO your research and find another institution to do your banking needs. The manager at this branch was a real piece of work, and I cannot believe that she has been allowed to achieve this position at PNC.

Not even worth a star, been a PNC customer for 20 plus years. Haven't had to deal with going to a branch much but this by far is the absolute worst. Now I know why this location was only 2 stars....poor customer service and long waits! One person at a desk??? 7 people waiting! Seriously?? All chairs filled an hour after opening and waiting over an hour for a replacement atm card that takes 5 minutes to do.Needless to say I walked out thinking I could go to another branch, but guess what,....they're closed on Saturdays, imagine that!!! I've always felt PNC lacked in customer care and decent banking hours compared to other banks. Its 2018 PNC take some notes from other banks on giving customers better hours.
