Rude staff. They don't listen. Argumentative. Worst PNC, by far. Banker serving me today was extremely condescending. They would probably have easier days if they actually listened to their customers.

Currently standing waiting to be waited on 1 teller open. Im watchin two tellers at window actually playing on computers. You would think management would see this and correct it but here I stand

I really loved the two people who helped me with my business account troubles and helped me set up a joint account with my spouse. I’m sure others have had issues with this bank but this bank is my go-to for any PNC needs :)
