Just called to check rates and experience was horrendous!!! My first call was getting hung up on after a 10 minute hold! Called back and another 7 minute hold to be told would need to go online or come to the branch to get rates but they were not very good ???? What happened to this bank?

Do not ever go to this branch of PNC unless you’re just using the ATM. This branch has now 3 times had the worst service I’ve ever received at a bank. Then I go right down the road to the pnc branch by Kroger and they are pleasant and take care of you right away. So skip this branch and just go to the one by Kroger... read full comment

I needed a notary, explained my situation regarding my recently departed brother's estate in Colorado.
