One of the slowest banks I've ever been in. For some reason, on a busy Saturday, they only have two bank tellers. One at the counter and one at the drive-thru. They have a guy greeting people as they come into the door. Turns out, he finally had to go get a drawer and start helping because there was a line almost going out the door. I stood there for 20 minutes before he finally made this decision. Get rid of the ridiculous door greeters. It is in no way an efficient way to run a bank

Jordan has helped me open my business account and was very knowledgeable through the process! Jacob has also helped me with opening accounts that I’ve needed for my personal finances! I can always rely on them and the other amazing employees!

This is one of the worst banking locations, will completely waste your time. Multiple bad visits. Do not give them your business. No one is ever available to speak with you if you have issues unless you “schedule an appointment”. Today I was told “you are welcome to wait but we aren’t sure when someone will be available, it could be a few hours.”Absolute joke.Went right up the road to mt. Washington branch super friendly, squeezed me in, helped me out no problem. How a branch should operate.

This location almost never has an operating ATM in the drive-thru. On a weekly basis. I go there to deposit cash from a different account with another financial institution, and I always have to go to the machine at the front door. There is cureently a line of people sitting on their cars to use the only working machine.

No open drive through lanes anymoreDrove by twice today and the bank is open but no drive through lanes open. The last time the lanes were closed we were told the lanes were closed for lunch breaks. They did offer to show us how to use the ATM to make the deposits, which we have done in the past but that is beside the point. The attitude is leaning more and more towards self service. Frustrated with lack of customer service anymore.

It seems PNC makes it as difficult as possible to do business with them. Tried to call today several times. Nothing but SILENCE for 6 minutes before I hung up. Really???

Went in on a Saturday to open 4 new accounts for myself and kids and was told I couldn't be helped, I needed an appointment. What other day do you expect working adults to take care of their business. I took my buisness to L & N walked right in and sat right down!
