I guess staff at this branch is really good but the manager is good for nothing. If he is gone, this branch will do good. He is not helpful at all.

Plainview Branch Manager was not at all helpful. Last week we went into the branch after discovering a fraudulent transaction on our account. The Manager discussed it with us and made some promises about how PNC would investigate and return our money. Two follow-ups this week got us nowhere and a direct call to PNC‘s fraud department today revealed that the manager had failed to put a fraud alert on our account, as she had promised, had not initiated the process to get our money back and had minimized the risk to our account by calling the incident “a one-off”. The fraud department rep took charge of the situation and immediately froze the account, which the manager should have done, and even discussed the case with a banker of a different PNC, while we had him on the phone. We’ve been clients at Plainview Branch for years but the branch managers and bankers there have repeatedly been either rude, preoccupied with telling us about their son’s wedding plans, or incompetent. A Banker there also told us that PNC couldn’t even try match a competitor’s rate on CDs without giving them a week to get back to us. We’ll be back a different branch tomorrow further attempting to sort out a mess caused by PNC cashing a stolen check that had been crudely smeared with white-out and fraudulently altered. The tellers have been great and we will miss seeing them, we can’t afford to bank at this brach anymore.

Phenomenal service :) They greet you as soon as you walk in and ask how they can help. Bank was clean and everyone seemed friendly. Ms. Terry helped me obtain a document I needed. She was very nice and fast! First time I go to this branch and very happy I did so.

Went in for services, needed an account to get assistance with a notary and didn't even ask if I wanted to open an account just sent me on my way.

Yeah. I had a strange incident there a few years ago. It's was a certain vibe that you got. It hasn't happened since but the they greeted the individual before me who happened to be white ( I am African American) and me appreciably different. To be fair, haven't had any strage vibes since, but I am about to deposit a rather large check, relatively speaking. It's not large for Bill Gates! Lol. For some reason, they will query you about where it came from but if it's under 10 thousand dollars ( And it's way under 10 thousand dollars! :), what do they care, if I have an account and proper ID? the pnc bank that is located in this address 9700 Linn Station rd louseville ky 40222, they give a very bad attention to the Hispanics, they look at the skin color. to change a check. They are very racist. and they treat people very badly. I catalog it as a very bad bank. I think we all have the same white or Hispanic rights.

I stopped by on a week day needing immediate help with my account and to open anew account. They quickly greeted me got me back to assist. The gentleman made suggestions for my accounts and was super helpful! I was in an out and problems solved in less than 15 minutes! I also love they emailed me a few weeks ago to let me know that one of my old accounts was an older account type they do not offer now. She let me know I was paying a service fee each month and made some suggestions. Wow! I didn't even ask! They called me to let me know I was being charged fees. That's service you can trust! Well done!

I've been a PNC member for years and don't see myself changing banks anytime in the near future. A representative from this branch called me out of the blue just to see how I'm doing and gauge my satisfaction with PNC. I no longer work in Louisville and don't visit this branch anymore, but Jackie still took the time to talk with me about credit lines and some ways I could save money and possibly get out of debt sooner. If you're not happy with your bank, give PNC a shot.
