Went to drop a deposit. As soon as I walked in, the lady was loud and obnoxious talking rudely to the other workers. I’m not sure the ladies name, but she has dreadlocks with blonde in her hair I was kind of taken back by How rude she was. There was a customer who spoke Spanish and one of the tellers she spoke. Spanish helped her with what she needed. The lady with the blonde dreadlocks in her hair intervened, even though she spoke no Spanish. She was telling little girl she needs to ask the client more questions even though the girl had already helped the other lady ….I told them she was rude and I would hate to work with her You can tell all the employees the looks on their faces About an hour later, I get a phone call at my job It’s the lady with the dreadlocks to tell my job that I was rude to her and I was talking about her She’s very unprofessional and I don’t understand how to call someone from your personal cell phone to complain that someone called you out for being rude I stand what I said, and it is what it is…. SHE CALLED MY JOB AND TOLD THEM I AM RACIST. I HAVE THREE BI RACIAL CHILDREN. TRY AGAIN

I came in and was told at 530 it was too late to speak to anyone about my banking needs. I wanted to speak about investment banking. I left my information, reached out to the person that followed up and explain it would be easier for me to communicate by email, banker said he understood and would email me right away. Well that was at 11 and no email has come and I’m riding around with a ?and can’t get any assistance. I’m definitely not happy with the experience. The telller assumes your ghetto and yells information like you shouldn’t have came in this late bc we about to close. I was shocked the atmosphere was so out of touch with banker atmosphere. I use to be a banker. The staff has really went down. It’s ok, I’m no longer interested in banking with PNC. After coming to the reviews I see this location is the worse to bank with

Stayed in line 30 minutes to do banking and only 2 people had been completed. 2 people working drivethru and only 1 person working the counter. You have to block out over 2 hour to do banking at this location. I have been so frustrated with this location over the years. It gets worst ever year. Will not be back again even if it is closer to my office.

The worst PNC in Louisville, always understaffed or new hires in training!! Too much Business at this location for it to be understaffed like it is.

Absolutely the worst branch in Louisville! I just recently went in to make two transactions. One was a deposit . The other a certified check in which I have performance checking. The woman profiled me saying signature didn’t match from one I wrote in 2011! I gave her my debit and state id she then says my id could be fake ! Now why in the hell if I was trying to scam would I deposit money and get a certified check to pay HOA! I will be withdrawing all my money this coming Monday !!!

I had to get a new account due to security reasons and was told to call on Monday so I could get my fraud charges disputed . The employee put some type of restriction on my account because of fraud and it was supposed to be taken care of Monday but she refuses to call me back after me leaving 6 messages . The employee I spoke with the night before was incredibly rude and this is not my fault I just wanted help . If you call the phone rings forever without anyone answering so you have to call back and try again. I’m so frustrated because this employee is the only person that can lift this restriction and I don’t drive so I will once again have to pay someone to take me there . I think it’s ridiculous that this is the level of customer service . I would not recommend this branch to anyone .

I honestly believe the only reason this bank has customers at this location is because of where it is placed. The workers work like you have no where to be.. they rarely answer the phone and do not open on time. Like to open at 9 the workers should be here before 9 right? Maybe I’m wrong lol and the people in the offices just watching the madness and chaos of a 15person line (inside). Not to mention they didn’t even open the drive through lines. I sat for 20minutes before I gave up and went in to a massive line.. “when they have enough workers they open the drive thru” they have a bilingual greeter but only 2 tellers yet a total of 6 ppl on payroll on site.. do better. Where is the option for zero stars? Make that 8 ppl (two were stashed away in the back doing who knows what an hr later) yes I’m still here and waiting to be serviced an hour later. And here is the verdict. After banking with you guys for almost 20yrs you all denied cashing my check because is was not Pnc. Even after all the above I had to get my check serviced somewhere else. So I will be closing my account. I have absolutely no kind words of how I feel right now.
