I liked this branch as soon as I walked in just from the energy of everybody. One of the bankers Corey is now going to be my personal banker! He earned my thanks and trust. he went out of his way to settle an issue I had. Funny thing is he's the one that set up my account to begin with when I first opened it up. He is definitely my go-to banker for any more questions about banking in the future! Thank you everybody that works in that bank y'all have great energy and I love being able to call that my main go to bank location! Thanks again Corey for all your help! look forward to working with you in the future!

Recently came in to activate a debit card I received in the mail. The taller gentleman at the teller window greeted me and was very helpful and courteous. I think his name started with an A. He asked me to have a seat in the lobby while he added me to the wait list. After a ten or fifteen minute wait nobody came to help. Two older ladies were in their office seemingly oblivious to the customer waiting in the lobby. Then they proceeded to have a chat with each other IN THE LOBBY while I continued to wait. I can only assume they are both managers of this branch based on their office locations in the corner. Who is running this clown show at PNC? At this point I may be taking my business elsewhere. The lone bright spot of my experience was the teller who was very helpful.1 out of 5 stars for you PNC. Do better.

Absolute the worst bank. Incredibly rude tellers and incredibly long wait times even with no one in line because everyone’s busy playing games on their phone and texting. PNC is losing my family and I as customer after 25 years with them.

The entire staff at this bank has helped our family navigate very complex changes in accounts this year, due to aging parents and elder care/Medicaid requirements. Everyone has been accommodating, efficient, available, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Cannot say enough great things about this PNC location and the bankers, tellers, and investment managers. Thank you!

Went thru drive thru to cash a check ask me if I have account i say no he told me it be ten percent of balance i said ok 30 bucks to cash it no problem young guy says i was informed it was gonna be 60 to cash your check lol so now its 20 percent wow am I buying lunch tom or what lol
