Nice staff… However, ridiculously slow service. I always wait a lifetime every time I visit this branch whether I go inside or use the drive. I can only assume they are understaffed. Only go if you have 25-30 minutes.

I have been very impressed with the service and attention provided by staff. Despite more critical reviews posted, I certainly have found St. Matthews PNC excellent and helpful.

The staff at this location is absolutely rude. Two out of three employees present this evening were absolutely rude and unprofessional. This location could use a lot better training in customer service. I personally would not bank with them based off that experience. If you don't know how to be specific, when talking with customers, then I suggest you go back through your training and learn better ways to communicate effectively, and to de-escalate. For the gentlemanat the counter, who did help me he was fully capable of not only educating me on the way this location expects things, but was able to complete my request with no issue. If I have to have an account number to get change that's fine but I would still prefer to go to the other location based off of the employees are 1000 times percent better and nicer than this location.They are doing their job way better!

Worst bank in all of Louisville, if I were you I would recommend driving another 10 feet and going to stock yards bank of us bank. Both down the road,This bank has terrible Customer service and management lacks common decency. Just go elsewhere.

Amazingly rude bank employees. Would note give me change for a $50, that I got out of their atm, because I didn't have a way to prove I had a PNC account. They were not willing to look my name up. I had to show them a card or give them an account number. I will be ending all of my banking relationships with PNC and moving to a bank that values people more, customers or not.

Decent bank on the corner. Annoyingly small parking lot, drive through is small, all staff have been exceptional, and the atm in the lobby is great and handles most everything you may need after hours but conveniently indoors. I do hate all the bank fees attached to their accounts though.

Drive thru wait time is ridiculous. If the lobbies are open you should not be allowed to hold the line up. Or at least have one drive thru designated for those other transactions.
