I found an exercise bike I wanted online, paid online, easy. The guy that answered the phone was pleasant. When I arrived to pick it up, a guy named Corey was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, a few minutes later, a young lady saunters in with some fast food, and without really acknowledging my existence, starts to talk down to both him and me regarding taking apart the bike and loading it. She was definitely more in the way than useful. When she was going to scratch up my car by trying to load the thing in the stupidest possible way, I had to ask to please be careful of my car. At which point she said "do you want to do it?". And so I basically did, with Corey's help and her sort of holding a piece somewhere. She was the snottiest (that's the best word to describe her) person I've dealt with in a long time. If not for her, I'd have given this store a 5.

We love buying our boys sporting goods here if possible. We generally are able to find whatever we're looking for and always have had a great experience with whoever is working.

The guy that was running the place had a terrible attitude and the prices were high for the the quality. I'm just gonna stick to marketplace in the future for used equipment. That said I did get an Bigbertha 5 iron for an average price.

I ordered an elliptical online and was able to have it delivered to my house. The owner and another gentleman brought the elliptical in pieces and reassembled it in the room I wanted. The whole process was great. I would buy from them again.
