This is one of many Planet Fitness gyms I have visited in Louisville. This one is by far the best: it is the cleanest one which has more machines & equipment; however, the least populated, giving clients choice without having to wait. Also has the best tanning & massage treatments available.

This location was great when I joined but they’ve really understaffed it in the last year. Sucks because I pay extra for all the “black card” amenities that I can’t use unless someone is there to check me in. Get some more staff yall

I’d give it 5 stars, but there’s too many weak ass men in there that don’t clean off the machines after they use them ?. And yes, it’s always men. I’m bout to start adding pics of them to this review.

I believe this management of this place is kind of racist, despite the fact the one of the staff member stole money from my wallet, and the assistant managers lying about it and trying to hide it, I tried to to complain about the situation to regional manager. But haven’t heard back anything yet. Instead, they are trying to hide my reviews by buying google services. Rather than solving the problem.

I just started the gym 2 months ago and I’ve had a decent experience. I was always nervous about feeling out of place but the atmosphere is really laid back. I go at 430a after work and it’s not busy at all, which is great. All the night shift staff is so nice especially Amber she is so helpful and is always keeping the place clean.
