This particular place recently re-done its floor. This location has lots of equipments to work out with. The friendly staff makes great place to work out as well.

After two.years of membership, I was dressed down by staff claiming that two women complained about the time I was on the Express ab machine.
I was accused without the right to confront the accuser, be given the names, see the report the staff made nor file a counter complaint against the two for using the machines for longer than the posted guidelines. There was witness to this.
No question staff must be better trained to resolve on site.conflict issues and be mindful of alienating members.

Harassed me. Falsely accused me of sleeping? What? Who doesn't nod from time to time after a long workout, the Hydromassage bed and room will make anyone easily relax and sleepy. Both Will and Malachi were rude, nasty to me, and called the police on me and I am pressing charges! Even the cops said I broke no laws and did NOTHING WRONG!

I canceled my membership six months ago in person at this location. Signed the paperwork, was told I was all set and wouldnt be charged again, and walked out. Unfortunately I didn't ask for a printed receipt and didn't check my email for any confirmation.
Came to find out that they never actually processed the cancellation and I was charged every month since. When I finally noticed and called to find out what was going on, they told me they had no record of the cancellation. And since I didn't have a confirmation email or proof, they wouldn't give me a refund.
Lesson learned-- always ask for a receipt, but still pretty frustrating they would make this kind of mistake and refuse to make it right.
Think twice before starting a membership here.

To register they give good treatment, then the restrictions begin in my personal case, I have a black card because I go with my wife and on several occasions one of the staff told me that I could not enter the hot tub with her, today I went with my daughter and my wife was going to stay with her in the waiting room and she still told me that she couldn't stay, I looked at the age policy and it clearly says that minors cannot be left without a supervisor. These posts are often qualified with the fact that the platform requires a star rating for input submission however in this context the input may be accurate (as it relates to the facilities for what those are able to be, but not the staff facilitation or performance, several significantly (but not all with absent or only minor faults or errors) overturned over several years and at different locations). Allocating a more weighted concentration to the staff performance to the overall rating would farther bring down their contribution to the input value.A New Years promotion survey about sentiments moving forward (New Years wish tradition) that people tend to consider in the context of their personal interests rather than broad social considerations was sent out. None such similar had been received in other years. It is not established or clear that particular company will or intends to be a sponsor of events or gatherings in a traditional or extended manner. There are other issues.| Hello: "response from the owner" some business owners provide an email address or other means for less public response. This is fine. After the (recent) incident in which another employee caused a burn risk a manager stated something at a different location which did not occur.
