Frankie is the rudest person ever. Because I was a guest she informed me I can't use any equipment or the message chairs and told me I had to leave. I was considering about becoming a member now there is no way I will and she don't like older people. They call it a judgement free zone? Frankie sure likes to judge. She is also racist against heavy people. I talked to the general manager Michelle she wasn't concerned with the way I was treated and said oh well don't come back so that tells me they don't care about their customers.

Gt say by far prob worst place I been I was trying sign up as new member but the young lady's were more in txt and tlk to their friends at desk then serving me to register to no avail they were more focused on other things why I had keep trying to get their attention maybe txt was more important and me asking ? About the establishment wasn't important as well anyways I will not be returning here because I feel they don't gt professional level of work ethnic and it's kinda sad that I was brought up thinking the customer always right and brought up with customer satisfaction but I'm sorry to say u will not receive that treatment and this location unless the people behind the desk learn to put phones away and concentrate on task at hand and it proves younger crowd has no work ethnics
