I very much enjoy this specific location. I have been to several Planet Fitness locations throughout the last few years, and this one by far is the nicest. It is also larger than most. Have no complaints thus far; have attended multiple days a week for over a month now.

I would honestly give it 5 stars if they fired some of the rude staff. The facility is great. Clean, well maintained. But having someone tell peoples membership valances at them when they check in and saying “YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILL” is not acceptable. Probably won’t come back to this location anymore due to this incident…. Love the facility, but I can’t deal with the rudeness.

This is a great one! All the equipment is mostly new. The restroom and shower are amazing. The worker at the front desk greets you! It clean environment! Just the workout space is a little compact compared to another gym I have been to get this 4-star. I would come here again!

So much for a judgement free zone. Had a mental episode and the Hispanic lady at the front desk was beyond rude to me. I didn’t disrespect or harm anyone and still got banned from the gym. Almost felt like racism but it is what it is I guess. On top of that I was using my twins membership and when he went to explain that it wasn’t him they still refused to let him in. Have had a planet fitness membership since 2012 and they lost a long term customer because of that young rude Hispanic lady. It’s not up to me how that I was dealt mental health issues but the way some ppl deal with it constantly brings tears to my eyes. I wanted to go in there and cuss her out but I’m better than that. Won’t let one bad apple take my peace away. Some people with good hearts can tell when a person is going through something and extend a helping hand but I was just about given the middle finger from her (figuratively) Used to it. God bless

Timberly has to be the worst person ever at interacting with people to work a job that requires interacting with people. Everyone I've talked to at the gym finds her to be rude, arrogant, socially awkward and braindead. Whoever made the decision to hire her needs to be stripped of their hiring power.

One of the nicer newer facilities on the inside but the parking lot does not fit tractor trailers at all. Bobtails will fit but I don't suggest coming in here if you have a trailer

I've been a member since 2015. Best value available. My body and health have improved tremendously. I'm so happy this gym opened up so close to home.

Always clean, lots of parking, and a great staff make this a great gym to go to (and it helps that it's very close to my house). Open 24/7.

Extremely rude will make you cancel before they will call you by your name . Way to judgmental of a place don’t recommend unless you’re a fan of being bullied
