This by far the worst dry cleaner place with unprofessional customer service…. Took them 5 days to dry clean 3 shirts … future wise I won’t bring them any business at all and if you are reading this don’t take your close to this dry cleaning place period ….
Once I picked up my clothes from them the women working upfront with awkward accent told me on my face “ if I don’t take my negative reviews off the their google page she doesn’t wanted me to came back ever again ….. that’s kinder of customer services you will get when you clean your clothes with wrong place …. The dry cleaner it self it’s good but the peoples works there are the worst …. Instead of making your customers happy and satisfied at this place they’re telling their paying customers to take their business somewhere else with a nasty attitude….

Just picked up 3 linen shirts(1was a redo) and I could have done a better job!
Also, a pair of pants were dropped off with crease and had no crease wben I picked them up.
No more Plainview Cleaners cor

Gene is my contact with Plainview, and I've been a client for numerous years. I just want to say that he, and the entire team go above and beyond. I use their pickup and delivery services. They are beyond accommodating. Heck, he even brings treats for the dogs. Regarding the workmanship, the clothes are freshly cleaned, pressed, etc. I have never had an issue with alterations either.
