I got my baby pierced in this place, they sold me a pair of 14k, my baby has been with ocasional infections on the back part of the lobe for more than 3 months and I used the spray as recommended. Today we tested it and the closure is fake. Go find another trusted place, this place is not recommended as a Mother.

Came in earlier today and had a terrible experience with the employee. She was very rude to me and just over all it was a bad time. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s talking about and she tried over charging me for the jewelry I was getting. Will not be shopping from here ever again!

Piercing Pagoda is a Jewelry and piercing spot located in the middle of Lousiville's Jefferson mall. I've passed This shop up several times when browsing the mall and we've probably window shopped a few times with my older daughters. Recently we finally became customers as we wanted to get my 2 year old and 5 month old daughters ears pierced. In the past with the older 3 we got their ears pierced at Claire's. We were not quite happy with the job of the past Claire visits and recently they always seem to have younger workers who aren't trained to pierce, so we made the switch to pagoda. The worker here was super nice and fantastic with the kids. My oldest daughter who is 14 got her second set of ear lobe piercings on This trip as well. So 3 sets of girls got pierced on This visit. My second oldest daughter who is almost 12 was a bit salty her big sister was getting a second set of piercings. Her original piercings she can't keep in because she always breaks out. So the worker based off her history Recommended an affordable set of earrings for her to try to see how she does before she eventually gets a second Set of piercings. The pair we got her was around $50 and so far 3 weeks in and she has zero break outs and appears to be fine. So she is happy right now. Like with all piercing the piercing is free but you have to buy the starter earrings from a special case and purchase some post piercing care items. My oldest went first with her second set of ear lobe piercing. She has other piercings and a cartilage pierced already so she was a pro. Worker measured her and was in and out with no problem. Up next was our two year old. Worker was patient with her and got everything lined up and even and she handles the piercing like a champ. No reaction hardly at all. The worker showed the same patience with the 5 month old who kept wanting to bite or eat the piercing gun so it took a bit to get her pierced. A few whimpers and a tear or two dropped but the worker was quick with a s***** that made baby girl #5 happy. Overall the best first piercing we've experienced with our kids. We may have gotten lucky and got a good worker and piercer but we are satisfied. Pricing is about or average to maybe a bit on the high end. I think all together with 4 sets of earrings including 3 piercings and clean kits it was just over 225 bucks.

I had gone here for years! I went to get my daughters ears pierced, and was told by someone who works here, that they are actually not given any training for ear piercings. He told me that they are given a foam ear to pierce twice, and then they are told they can pierce customers. He also told me that they go through absolutely no training for piercing babies. He told me they just have to fill out some paperwork, and are then qualified to pierce babies even if they have no training. I highly recommend that no one gets pierced here.

Got the medusa piercing from here. Zach is a great piercer. He keeps his station clean & even provides antiseptic mouthwash. He answered all my questions/concerns beforehand and I love the placement & size of the jewelry.

Good customer service and knowledgeable about piercing my 9mo old daughter's ears. Prices about the same as Claire's but customer service is alot better here. They also took their time to sanitize everything before even touching my daughter.

My son wanted his ears pierced but with the Covid situation this was impossible. Months later when stores started to reopen we checked out Piercing Pagoda at Jefferson Mall. They were very professional and safe!!
