Scott the install guy called me to ask personal info since he didn't have my file on hand. I told him to find the file and call me back, to which he responded with ,"you want me to find the file..." And hung up on me. No bye or anything. Then deedee called me and asked what happened. I told her and said I still want the grab bars installed but not from Scott. She then said Scott was the only guy they had to install them. So I cancelled the service.

WARNING!!!! These people took advantage of my parents. They can't be trusted with elderly. DeeDee, head of Kentucky sales, is stiffing my parents for 2.75k. They sold us on a chair lift that my dad can't even fit in. We sent in his measurements and they didn't care if he wouldn't fit… they just want your money and deposit. No help. No refund. Just a grab and go from the elderly and handicap.

Got a new Pride Mobility Victory 10 scooter and lift installed by Performance Medical Supply. Unfortunately the foam filled tires are not perfectly round. My Back pain could not stand the constant bouncing, so My Doctor ordered Air filled tires. PMS installed the new tires. The next day My scooter started making an ocasionally grinding noise while not moving. The brakes also failed on mumerous occasions. I schelduled a repair at PMS and left the scooter with them an entire day. When I picked the scooter up at the end of the day, the repair order stated " NO TROUBLE FOUND". Immediately the next day the scooter failed again. A MONTH later my son inspected the failing scooter and discovered when my tires were replaced by Performance Medical Supply, they neglected to re-install the axil woodruf Key. The entire day they had it in for repair the tech must have NOT EVEN EXAMINED the scooter. Total non caring incompetence. I will avoid Performance Medical Supply if I can find another vendor.

It took a while to get it delivered. Everything is going good. Great scooter and lift. The shop mechanic was great. Pop uses it a lot.

As a Disabled female US Army Veteran, I would recommend them to fellow Veterans, their families​ and the public. The staff there were extremely professional, nice, assisted me above and beyond!! For several​ weeks l had to use a wheel chair to get around after the Veteran's Affairs approved me for a new scooter and lift, Performance Medical Supply, Inc. worked quickly and got me​ my new scooter and lift; which I truly LOVE!!! God bless and thanks for everything!!

Went and had a wheelchair lift installed, and was burnt up before I got home. update 9/12.... had wiring fixed 9/9, waited to be reinstalled today. Was told it would be fine, and wiring melted again on the way home 9/12.

Needed mobility help and Performance is the provider through the Veterans Administration. Staff is friendly and prompt! Installation of the hitch and carrier was started and completed in the time frame they said it was. Use was explained well and all questions quickly answered. I appreciate the great work!!
