We rented bikes for a long weekend and the bikes were great and the support from Stu was incredible. He answered all my questions via email and then gave us a thorough orientation. We had an amazing trip and look forward to more ebike adventures. Thank you!

With friends, we did a guided tour around Louisville & Southern Indiana. Stu was a great guide and very knowledgeable about Louisville history— details, that even living here all our lives, we did not know.
This tour is about 4-5 hours long. So, the length of tour is well worth the price! Also, don’t let lack of physical ability sway your decision. It requires as little or as much physical effort as you want to give it.
It was a great day & wonderful experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, easy & enjoyable day outdoors.

My sister and I recently rented bikes from Pedego and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to fit me with the perfect bike and offered helpful tips for exploring the area. The bikes themselves were in excellent condition and well-maintained. Overall, the friendly and professional service made my biking adventure memorable. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable rental and excellent customer care!

We had a wonderful experience throughout our purchasing process. We had so many questions, and Stu and Adam answered them all. They took the time to make sure that when we received our bikes, they were set up exactly how we wanted them. We rode to the Big 4 Bridge & across to Indiana. Some roads were busy getting there, but set Google maps to use “not busy” highways back & had a wonderful ride back through quiet neighborhoods. Bikes worked great!

What an amazing experience. Stu, the owner, took four of us on a nearly five hour eBike tour of Louisville! We saw all the major sites, even crossing into Indiana. We were thankful for the eBikes, which were easy to get used to, and made the ride easy and fun. If you're new to Louisville, this is the best way to experience it. Highly recommended.

Went for a ride on my Pedego City Commuter today and toward the end of the ride I noticed that my rear brake was soft and not stopping the bike properly. On my way home I stopped my the store and Stu Noland replaced the brake pad at no charge. Great service, great deals, great people.
