Absolutely love this place! The pre-made grab and go food selection is amazing. Most of everything I've tried tastes great with very few exceptions. I tried the Mexican corn salad today and baked potato salad and it was phenomenal :) Prices are good because the quality is so good!

I was in Paul’s fruit market yesterday around 6:30 PM. I asked the lady behind the deli for an 8 ounce container of green beans. She put on a pair of gloves and scoop the green beans up in her glove hand. She did not use any utensil I took the container up to the front counter and told them I did not want them because she has scooped them up in her glove hand, which was not sanitary, there were two ladies at the Checkout counter, When I told them what happened one lady said well did she have gloves on, as if to defend her action. I then proceeded to tell them that actions like that will run customers off, the other lady then said maybe that’s what we’re trying to do. They have good fruit, but treating customers like that is not appropriate and to be honest it’s offensive.

The new store that just opened on Brownsboro Rd. has expanded with more grocery store items. Mamy or most items were marked up at least 50%! I went there thinking I’d run in and get out quickly compared to the grocery store but after seeing the prices I went to Kroger. The parking on a crowded day is horrendous! An accident waiting to happen!! Young girl at the checkout was downright surly and clearly did not want to be there. I live in NC and with a new Publix, a new Kroger and a new Fresh Market coming soon no need to drive out of my way to spend MORE money for same products and quality.

Paul’s obviously has the best produce and the highest quality meat selection in Northfield. My only suggestion is that management install a bike rack so cyclists can secure their bicycles while shopping. Love the new store layout and the staff, most them from the old location.

Decided to go to the new Paul’s location and oh my goodness. If you like the Paul’s before, you will love this one as well. This location is spectacular, the produce of fresh, the staff is friendly, and the facility is incredible. I certainly will be going back!

New location: Got trapped in the parking lot. Y’all really need to fix your parking situation. First row pulling in facing store there is no way out. Backing up is impossible the opposite direction and no way out the other way. EVERYONE was struggling. I needed that row because couldn’t find handicap. Had to wait for both cars behind me and one beside me to leave. Not very neighborly.

I like to go to Paul's to get better quality meat and vegetables. They deliver on that.However, some of the staff are rude. When I asked for them to package my chicken and beef separately, the young lady got rude. She said something snippy and then walked away.After I mentioned something to the manager I walked out. I was going to let it go but she followed me out and said some other things. So I decided that this posting is necessary. If you're gonna spend your hard earned money you'd better think twice about where you spend it. Things cost too much already for people to be hateful and rude.

I gave the Paul’s Market on Brownsboro Rd. one star due to the piss poor attitude and unfriendly demeanor of the checkout women working on Monday 12/18/23!! The store is great but it’s a shame to see such dour faces and unfriendly workers especially during Christmas season!!
