Made 2 orders right before Christmas and received both on time. The first order was packed by Alex and done perfectly! The second had no packed by card and wasn't done quite as well be only had minor damage to the maple syrup paper band, but I had ordered 2 and just made that one mine so no worries. Maple syrup is so good you will want to drink it straight from the bottle. Bourbon balls are the best. Everything is top quality. Will definitely be ordering again!

Review is for online order:I ordered several items meant to be gifts, including two boxes of bourbon balls, which include a mandatory $5 ice pack. The box was only in transit for ~50 hours, and I was home when it was delivered and had it inside within a few minutes. Two issues: 1) The cooling envelope and ice packs were very warm, as were the bourbon ball boxes. I suspect they were not properly activated. 2) The “packaged on” dates for the bourbon balls showed future dates - 7/12 and 7/13.The response from Pappy & Co is that the correct date should be July 6th, but my package was sent on July 5th, so I have no confidence on how old these items are. There was no concern shown over the fact that my items arrived warm, or the fact that I had to pay extra on the order to ensure they were kept cool. I was told there is a climate controlled option I could select for future orders, which does nothing to fix the current issue.I do not recommend this company for any perishable items that are ordered online.

Small store, but if you like Pappy items, this is the place for you! Very friendly and helpful staff too!

I did some holiday shopping on 12/1/22 and received the BEST customer service ever!! The store manager was so knowledgeable and kind!! She helped me pick out a case of cigars and some other gift sets that are just perfect!! Such a lovely experience 11/10!!

Purchased cigars from this place they were terrible. Do not waste your money from buying cigars here. Called customer service and they didn't care. They lost my business.

Online shipping on cigars is outrageous. I have been buying cigars online for the better part of two decades and have never seen such ridiculous shipping prices. They also require a signature for delivery. The only retailer in the cigar business with this d*** requirement.

I am told I make the best bourbon balls turns out I make the second best! We ordered some from Pappy to see if they were as good as mine, good news is I can stick to my peanut butter balls and let Pappy handle the bourbon balls! The best!

I wish I could write a nice post about how great the cigars are that I bought for my father for his birthday, but I cannot as I have yet to receive the product after purchasing it online a month ago. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I purchased the product (Robusto Box of 10 Barrel Fermented Cigars) on November 4th expecting to receive it within the 2 day expedited service (as stated online). However, I do understand that there is currently issues with shipping and receiving product on time, but I have never seen anything like this. After a week of purchasing the product, I checked the tracking info and it stated shipping labels were created and USPS is waiting for the package to arrive. With no movement, I reached out to customer service a number of times (email and through phone) throughout this past month and was even hung up on when trying to voice my concerns. After several weeks I’m still at the same spot where the tracking info states a shipping label was created and that USPS is waiting on the item. It is no after my fathers birthday and I’m very disappointed with the lack of concern and response I received from customer service.

Of 100 or so different luxury cigars I've had, the Barrel Fermented Pappy Cigar by Drew is the only one where people always ask what cigar is that....literally the aroma of these Cigars draws attention to you and makes you want a prime filet with a glass of Pappy or Opus One to go with it.As for the quality of Pappy cigars, they are as good as it gets. Frankly, they are a bargain at $14 each. I'd take a Pappy Barrel Fermented before an OpusX, Cuban, Padrón or Plasencia.If you need a great gift, give a box of these Barrel Fermented Pappy's to your best cigar smoking friend.
