Great place for your fly fishing needs

Awful. December 26th. Drove 90 minutes specifically to shop for coats and door was locked. One of two area stores closed Bed Bath and Beyond the other (because it’s bankrupt) in a very crowded shopping area that was bustling. Google maps indicted it was open til 6. What a disappointment. Thanks Orvis.

I called to inquire on a reel, line etc. A young man named Matt helped me, he answered all my questions about reels, backing, line and leaders. I ended up ordering all of it. He was most helpful when I had questions about leader use. I am a former customer of the Indpls store which I dearly miss since moving to Dale Hollow but I will continue to be a loyal customer by working with Matt for my future needs. I love Orvis! It's such great quality merchandise, and the customer service was wonderful. I came from out of town with an exchange for a different size. I spoke to the manager, John. I didn't have my receipt with me but he was able to look me up by my number. He was friendly and made my experience painless and easy. I'm a happy customer! Great location!

The guys are always extremely helpful recommending flies and retrieval methods, the man with the deeper voice was so polite and helpful this man certainly deserves a promotion!

Not a fly fishing store. Its a clothing retailer with a few fly rods in the back. I told the guy working I was looking for some streamers for trout and he looked shocked that you could catch trout on something that wasn't a size 20 midge. I walked out.
