I do not recommend this location if there's any chance you need to return something. I bought a brake pad spreader, briefly tried using it, and realized it wasn't going to work for dual pistons. It has very little wear on it. They told me I couldn't return it because I had opened and used it.
I'll be going to Auto Zone just down the street from now on.

Always great. They know their products. I use the website to locate products I need for my car. They also have a space to type your make/model/year of your car so that you can find the right-sized parts . Pretty cool.

Violet was incredible! I used to use auto zone a lot but after having multiple issues there I started coming to this location. Violet went out of her way to help find what I needed, and directed us to a store that has it in stock.
I’m rebuilding a 1986 El Camino, and always need parts. Great to know I can rely on a store with an amazing woman behind the counter.

O'Reilly's is our go to parts hub for all our classic cars . Not only is it convenient for anyone, they are very knowledgeable about the products we need and I'm taken care of like a famous musician everyone loves. And I make time for their hours of operation. They know me usually every time I walk in their already one step ahead thanks to there online app , makes a world of difference between O'Reilly's and other auto part suppliers.

Ann is literally amazing at 3010 Preston. But I don't recommend working with anyone else . Everytime we've worked with other people it's been a disaster. But the store is nice and clean and folks are friendly but not always knowledgeable

Based on prior experiences, I don't normally ask for advice/help at auto stores, but in my one time of actual need Anne was there for me! She really went above and beyond. While she may not think it was much, she made all the difference. I sincerely want to thank her for all her time and effort!
