the older gentleman working morning shift, Jess, was rude to me for no reason. Also, I came in to pick up something a guy named Hasan ordered for me the previous night, A Starter. He ordered it from their hub. When I came to pick it up, It was a used part. Clearly used. Pathetic. Screw O'Reilly and AutoZone.

Car broke down a block away. Walked to the store this afternoon. Not only did they offer a battery jumper device to get the car started and to return to buy a new battery, they helped us discover that the issue wasn't the battery. Each employee spoke with us. One in particular drove his personal vehicle to our car to assist us when the jump device didn't work. He personally inspected under the hood and determined it was a misfire. Battery ok. Sensors old.

This is the only parts store with this company that I'll go to from now on. Staff here, is friendly, knowledgeable, and DEFINITELY willing to help. The store closer me (National Turnpike) is filled with people that should be pushing carts at the local Walmart
