“I don't know how they load or unload. Just making this so people can see their is a locked gate and no real parking. A cop could come by and start writing us tickets. Last one I got for parking, the cop gave me a ticket for my (connected ) trailer and Truck was 200.00. I guess they can legally do it because I paid it. Be prepared come prepared show up little after 8am. Hope it helps( off of Broadway I took a left on liberty then went straight to Lexington rd,once you turn on Lexington rd is where I am parked. If you pass liberty you gave a 13" 5 bridge.so turn left on liberty. ( my suggestion)”

I called the store and spoke with Kathryn (apologies if the spelling is not correct, but she's at the 3501 Springhurst Blvd., Louisville, KY, 40241) and I can't thank her enough for being able to push my order through. It is so hard these days to get in touch with a REAL LIVE person and then when you do, it's rare to get this kind of stellar customer service!! She was so quick and ready to help and that is a service that seems to be dying at times. SO, I very much appreciate being treated like I matter and for her helping me to solve an urgent problem! I was already a fan, but I will never not use Office Max/Depot for my last-minute printing needs! GREAT JOB!!”
