I recently had a canvas framed here. The framing work is quality, but the canvas print that I provided was not adequately secured to the backing used and as a result, the canvas now has air bubbles and the art is not good enough to put on the wall. (because there are obvious and sizeable bubles all around the edges. It is very difficult to stomach having spent so much money to have such a sub par end result, if it is like this a few months after being "done" what would it look like years from now?...Very bummed.

I had a really wonderful experience! I went in to get the glass replaced on a broken Potterybarn photo and they went above and beyond. Not only did they replace the glass, they also repainted chipped areas of the frame where the broken glass had scratched it during shipping. I had it back in my hands in a little over a day. Thank you for the quick service and great results!

I had a difficult situation with a couple framed pictures. The previous framer didnt align etc. I took it to them and they knocked it out of the park. They fixed the issues to ensure they matched. Took about 1-2 weeks and price was less than I expected.

GREAT experience! I called Thursday for a price quote, and walked out Friday with a custom-cut glass table top protector (for a white dresser)--it was the perfect fit! Friendly service on the phone and in-person, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
