I visited the store searching for a particular protein bar. The guy working was very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions I had. He suggested the Quest chips which I absolutely love! So glad I stopped in! Highly recommend!

John is extremely knowledgeable and super nice. My 13 year old son needed supplements as he was struggling with a knee injury from wrestling and John not only explained everything to not only me but to my son, which was greatly appreciated. We will 100% be back for any supplement and fitness needs.

Very friendly and educated employees, I definitely recommend this place. They have good deals when it comes supplements, protein, energy drinks and food. I have been multiple times and talked to numerous employees who have all been very helpful. Best part is that they don’t just try to sell you stuff. They want you to reach your goals and will tell you what products will help you along the way.

Whenever I need to pick up supplements, I prefer to go to Next Level. Got to meet the owner John and another employee the other day while I stopped by, both guys were friendly and knowledgable of their products. If you're looking to level up your fitness goals, this is the place to go!

Walked in expecting a pretty standard market buy, but what I got was much better. The man up front, John is very knowledgeable of the products their selling, very generous and clear when giving information not just about their products but your workouts and goals.Definitely recommend for gym newcomers or people just looking for pointers

John is very very knowledgeable about the products. I was referred by a client to go into Next Level, due to some recommended products. I have been a vegetarian for the last four months. He asked me multiple question on my eating habits and what I was trying to do, he even asked me why I became a vegetarian. I purchased muscle force the vanilla flavor so I can mix with my fruit in the morning, I purchased AXE & Sledge GREENS the pineapple for my morning smoothies. I also purchased CREATINE I only use this when I workout maybe like twice or three times a week. So far everything is going as he suggested I added more small meals instead of one big meal. John is very knowledgeable in all the products in the store.

I was impressed with all the selection and stuff I thought I would need to buy online was a lot cheaper than I was prepared to pay. My buddy brought me from the east end of Louisville but I will spend the extra 20 minutes of driving to come back as the guy who owned the shop seemed to really know what he was talking about. I compete in physique on a national level and learned a lot about the supplements I was interested in.

We were looking for a good supplement store in the Dixie Hwy area. Next Level is the best! We went inside, we were immediately asked what we were looking for. As soon as we described what we needed they let us know the different options we had and how each of them differed. It’s got a great selection and very friendly!

First time coming in, sadly I forgot the owners name. But he was extremely nice and professional and helped me find exactly what we wanted with an explanation of what was in it and what wasn’t versus another product. Great looking store, great customer service and great owner. Highly recommend.

Excellent display and knowledgable staff. Wasn't an overwhelming amount of similar products to choose from like other nutrition places. Products all seem to be by solid and reputable manufacturers (Major appreciation for the knowing what you're selling people.) Should be the American standard, good business over greed. Fairly priced as well. I will be a continuous customer. Thank you.

Customer service is second to none!!! A great selection of products specific to different needs. They treat me like family every time I walk through the doors and have supported my weightloss journey!! We are blessed to have them in the Southend!!
