lol at it again. I really think there mad because i wrote several bad reviews on them. Now they was paid to fix my clutch told me it was. the hose that supply's the master cylinder wont stay on so the machinic went to try to fix it ended up pulling the rubber salve in the hose out the grabbed a clamp to hold the hose on. I has body work done on it and i told them when i got it back they was going to fix it. i told them the clutch didn't fill right and wasn't shifting right. so i need it fixed right. I found a bolt out of driver side finder gone and my battery cover not there. I have video of it too. not only would i NOT recommend of buying a car there but the service department really need to have a total rehaul on the people they have there. im headed up there this morning 10/25/22 to get my car and take it somewhere to be fix.

I spent almost an hour with a service coordinator on the phone scheduling an appointment for my ID 4. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment, that wascanceled the morning of my appointment They called telling me they couldn't help me. I asked why and he refused to tell me why. He never answered the question or called back. I can only assume that they also do not have people trained in the service of an electric car.STOP selling what you can't service. I feel like a prisoner when I need to travel and have to rent a car.
