Overall, it was a good experience. However, I asked to use my pre-approval at Capital One they used another bank. I was disappointed in that, otherwise my experience was good.

Being from out of town, and arriving at Subaru service on a Friday afternoon, I honestly did not think my car would be serviced until Monday. They not only took great care of myself, they service several others thru our two hour visit. The staff was amazing, everyone had a wonderful pleasant attitude. I highly recommend the Huffman service center when needed. Thank service department team.

Tim, Timothy Johnson, was 100% THE reason we bought with Neil Huffman. Not to say that anyone else there was not a good experience, but Tim was our customer consultant and he was OUTSTANDING! He knew the product on a level far beyond what we experienced across town. He took the time to explain packages, trim levels, options, models, and coverages. He invested the time with us that it took for my wife to find THE car for her. There was no rush and no pressure. Tim is an outstanding representative of a dealership that cares. After the paperwork was done, Tim explaining and helped my wife setting up her car, sync her phone, explain safety features and option that we could select to use, showed us around the dealership for when we need service, scheduled our first service (another benefit you won’t find across town - the first 6 services are complimentary with some mile and time limitations), and even snapped some photos for us as she drove out of the showroom. I have no doubt that he will be there for us if we were to need him. Across the board, one of the best experiences I have had in 30 years of car buying. Thanks Tim and thanks to the Huffman family for a great experience..

The service at Huffman Subaru was fantastic! My appointment was at 8am and told them the importance of me leaving by 9am. I was in my car and on the road at 8:58am. Super punctual and friendly staff! 5 star service!

Just bought my 4th Subaru with Neil Huffman. Worked with Deontae Bailey who has to be one of the best. He hadn't heard from me in 4 years yet knew exactly who I was, and worked out a great deal with me very quickly!

Dylan was wonderful and we went to a lot of other dealers we went and nothing compared to the Subaru! We ended back there 3 times before we actually drove off the lot with our new car.

We found a Subaru Forester on their website that we could not find locally.I called and was able to get the car the next day(80 miles away). Our salesperson,Leilani, was super knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Having driven in from South Carolina, was understandably upset when low pressure light came on...especially knowing that I had a 9 hour drive back by myself. I called and they were able to work me in at 4:00 in the afternoon (I didn't call until about 2:30 in the afternoon, btw) and assess the situation for me. They were so, so kind. Would recommend their service department hands down.
