I intentionally waited to make this review so that I had a proper time period to give my opinion. I bought a 2016 Forester back in August-September. The buying process was pretty straightforward. I had personally researched the car and all the specs so I was adamant on getting this specific vehicle. Initially, there was a radiator issue that the dealership informed me of, which they fixed before I actually purchased the car. The first salesperson I talked with, Carmen, was very consistent in her efforts to get back to me regarding any questions I had. I informed her as well that I would be getting a loan from my credit union to buy the car, and that gave me no issues with the salespeople. I came in for a test drive and Carmen wasn't there but another salesperson Tyler was able to answer specific questions I had during the test drive. There was a sound coming from the vent fan inside the car and Tyler got that checked on and replaced after I informed him I wanted the car, just that issue fixed before. Within a week or so after the test drive and repair, the car was ready to purchase. After purchasing the car, within a month I guess, under 1000 miles, it had overheated. I called the service department and setup an appointment. Alex from the service department, informed me that they would need some time to assess my vehicle so he hooked me up with a brand new loaner car for free. My car was in the shop for a week, and after not receiving any info on it, I called Alex to ask. He informed me that a key component of the engine (I think head gaskets, but I'm not sure) was warped and basically, I needed a whole other engine. He assured me that they would order the engine with my approval and the install would be done within the next week. This engine replacement was free of charge to me since I had recently purchased the vehicle. After another week with the loaner, my car was ready. I've been driving my Forester for a good 2 months since the engine replacement and it runs like a champ. I withheld from the salespeople that this was actually my first car purchase at the time of sale for fear of being taken advantage of, but I must say this dealership has restored some faith as well as somewhat altered my view of car salespeople. I appreciate their diligence and patience and would recommend this dealer, especially working with those whom I've mentioned above.

Nyjell was terrifically helpful. He showed me how to change the settings to stop the Sirius XM weather warning from repeatedly popping up. All the staff are nice. Good communication throughout the visit. Routine vehicle servicing.

Shop mechanics can't even change the oil on a car with a skid plate, don't take your vehicle here for routine maintenance. On the way home from the oil change, the aluminum skid plate fell down and crumpled into a heap under my car. Had to get it towed to the dealership after I demanded a replacement and although they gave me another plate, they didn't replace any of the torn liner the plate clasped onto and only put enough of the bolts / clips into the plate and liner to hold it up and get it out of their way. Had to go to auto zone and buy a bunch of oem clips to put them in myself when it began sagging shortly after I got the car back. Don't bring your car within 100 feet of this place if you really care about it.

I was looking for a Golf GTI and Neil Huffman had what I needed. From the very beginning the entire staff was great. Melina Hendricks, my sales, associate was nothing short of amazing. I was made to feel at home the moment I stepped on the lot. Being honest when I say I've never had a more enjoyable and relaxing car buying experience.

I was gonna buy from here anyway, but they made it pretty painless.After many series of unfortunate events, I was hoping for at least another year and a half with my old car....but alas that was not to be. I have a personal friendship with an employee here, but I have sent plenty of people to him and they have been more than happy with the service he provided them. So I obviously trusted Christopher to be honest with me, get me the best deal I could get, and not yank my chain around or try and up-sell me. Now, with personal experience buying from him, I can doubly recommend having Christopher be your car-buying guide.Stock of used cars was low, what with folks buying more with the low low interest rates. Still, there were several options to look at that fit my requirements. This was my first time buying a car for myself, by myself. And I was nervous. But I knew I had my money in order and my general shiz together. I put down more than I needed to, which made the protection/maintenance packages within reach of my monthly costs.The credit check, paperwork, and endless signatures took more time than anything else, but you want to be well informed and thorough.All this to say, Christopher made the shopping experience (especially considering were are mid-pandemic still) as pain-free as possible and I left with a shiny, new-to-me, working car and a monthly payment well within my means.I highly recommend you visit him if you are in need of some new (or new-to-you) wheelz!

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and buyer's remorse hit every time-except this time. The experience I had with Leilani Hart at Neil Huffman Subaru was the best by far. I've been wanting to get a 3-row Subaru since we are a family of 6. Leilani made the process so smooth and went so far as to video chat with me to show me all features. Pricing was the best experience I've ever seen- Subarus are great vehicles because chances are the features you want come standard.
