I did not like that they use Pennzoil's name and even uses the sticker to put on the inside of the car saying they are Pennzoil! However they do not take Pennzoil coupons like a real disignated Pennzoil establishment would take! Dishonesty ? and they do not care?

I've been going to this location for years. I have always been treated well and never did I feel they didn't have my best interests in mind. I stopped in late one evening because it felt like my transmission was slipping. I had never had the fluid flushed so they did that and they added some additive they said was good for older transmissions. One of the gentlemen had to drive to get the additive at a local parts house during rush hour. That man went above and beyond. My transmission has not slipped since. I'm knocking on wood. They have refilled my windshield wiper fluid and when I had a tire leak they aired it up for me in between oil changes. The do want to sell me an air filter but that's about it. The air filters seemed reasonably priced. I always use Penzoil and that is the flavor this place serves on tap! Why would I ever go anywhere else? LOL I know this reads like I own the place but rest assured, I don't even know anyone who works there. They just rock!

Went here for years. Typically just get my oil change because I don't know anything about cars. I'm a 25yo female. Felt very taken advantage of and upcharged me for unnecessary things like topping my air off in my tires and my fluids when in the past they've always done that with the oil change. Went in there thinking I would spend $20, told me the service was $38.99. Ended up charging me $71.07! Even gave me a different oil than I asked for! We take three cars up here, plus my two best friends. They just lost 5 cars! I needed that money to help pay for a bill. I got screwed over. Never going back!!
