Tried to return a part that wasn't used and the old man behind the counter basically called my wife and I liars, saying that the part had been installed and removed. They have lost my business over a 10$ part. Don't so business here!

I bought a can of refrigerant and took it to my mechanic. The can was defective and it exploded. I took it back and the clerk informed me that that had never happened before and that he would not issue a refund because the can was empty! Someone could have been hurt. I will not be back

Went to Napa (Lyndon location) for a Chevy silverado 1500 5.3 engine air filter. As always the guys are always very nice ,but prices are ridiculous. $35. Bucks, I said NO WAY are you sure,guy said yes that's what it is. I said thankyou and went to O'Reilly auto parts $17.99. Napa needs to update their pricing. Never forget customers are in charge in this economy not you. There's always someone else down the street. James Jarboe

Employees are kinda rude I came in store to buy some parts they had at least 5 people standing around talking to a cop an I stood there for 15 20 mins before I got any help...I don't get it your employees just stand there an ignore customer one other got tired of waiting an walked out..this was just ridiculous guess if I was a cop they would of helped me ..

OK selection of automotive needs. Staff is generally helpful. Do not expect to be able to pay cash. They keep a woefully small register drawer. I have had more than one trip scuttled because of that

The guy behind the counter was not helpful at all and was very very rude. This location is the worst out of all of them I've been to. They apparently make sure that they are not worried about whether or not they have your business they just want you out of their way. I will not return to this location and I would not recommend it for anyone. What happened to customer service? It simply does not exist anymore at some places.
