I did a refinance on my home, I met with Stacey the mortgage consultant, she made the process very easy and explained everything as we went along.The closing was within 30 days, and simply could not have been smoother. Stacey as well as another associate Shelly were always available when any questions arose during process. The closing went smoothly as well, and Stacey even showed up for that which I appreciated.Then 1 month after the closing I was dealing with a situation with my new Mortgage company due to a property tax re-eval I asked for. Not fully understanding what the mortgage co. was telling me, I reached back out to Stacey and Shelly and ask if they could look at the documents concerning the matter.Shelly was right on top of it and shared the problem with Stacey as well. They reviewed the documents and had questions as well so they did a 3 way call with me and the Mortgage co. I thought it was resolved after that call.Well, a few hours later Shelly called me and said that her and Stacey still felt like something was off with the Tax issue and they had actually been making phone calls and working on it long after I thought it was done.Shelly said they called my insurance company in search of an answer. Well that is where the answer and a check I was owed lies.Shelly and Stacey went above and beyond and I am so grateful for that. This Company is legit and I highly recommend them . Leann Gill
