Attempted to purchase a new Trailblazer here. After being passed around between three or four different salesmen, I was quoted several different prices. Finally, I was given one that looked halfway decent until they smacked on two needless warranties that Chevrolet clearly states are optional. After discussing their forcing of optional warranties onto the price, they insisted it was the best they'll do and to "deal with it." The salesman then continued to fight over text telling me good luck on beating their price. I would not purchase here unless you want to lose brain cells dealing with the salespeople.

I bought my Chevy Cruze from them, and I will say, DO BUY EXTENDED warranty. That way they'll cover any repairs and parts. If you don't, you're out of luck. So, make sure you get that protection! Other than that. They made the process of buying very easy and fast.

Took my car on 7 August to get a front bumper and grill put in. And hit the sensor fixed. Still sitting there. Running out of patience.

Communication was great. Went in to look at an SUV ; test drove it and it was a smooth ride. Ran my credit and was said to be approved , printed my paper and told me 3-4k for down payment. Returned 2 days later with 4k the paper was basically dead weight , ran my credit for nothing just to tell me they needed 1.3k more. Went from trying to get a 2016 @ 14k to them trying to put me in a 2020 for 23k and 770/mo car payment. Seemed a bit off. The lady was nice but needs to be more clear on things. Thanks for the help but not a good way to run business.

I ordered some tires from them and they're the wrong size. it was completely my fault. Cory Hammer "Manager" took them back and got me the right ones and didn't charge me for shipping them back saving me about $300. I'll never try this on my own again. Cory knowledge of parts is the best I've seen. I highly recommend Montgomery chevrolet and Cory in parts if you need parts.

I didn't want to do this, but I have had my car since august 9, 2021, and they have lost my plate at least twice. Just lost it. Wouldn't let me do anything about it, wouldn't issue additional temp tags, won't call you back, email, or communicate at all. I now get to go to the clerks office myself, pay for the plate myself, and hope the dealership really is going to reimburse me. And that assumes they initially registered the plate through the end of this year, which they may not have. Couple that with the face that the vehicle was not registered in my name until November, and I am throughly annoyed an unimpressed. My sales person isn't the problem, I don't think, so I will leave their name out of it, but I would really, really recommend not going through the headache and hassle I have and purchase your vehicle from elsewhere.

We came to "window shop" for my father-in-law's new truck...little did we know, he found one he really wanted. TODAY.Our salesman Chip was super knowledgeable, professional, and created a very smooth purchase process. Was not pushy - which we ALL appreciated. He treated us like family. The next time my husband and I need to purchase a car, we will be sure to visit Chip here at Montgomery Chevrolet. I highly recommend him.

I was there at that place to trade my truck in.after a conversation with one of their salesmen name bill Miller..everything they say is not what they tell you when you get there..their story and money is totally different..they will lie to you big time..so please do not deal with this man..the truth is not in him..

Took a 2012 equinox to get fixed or stopping while driving they told me that it was the timing chain got the car back car still stopped on me when I took the car back they told me it was sensors So we got charged for something that was never wrong for the car I do not recommend them

On March 28th, We went to the Kia lot next door not realizing they work together. Jack S came over to get us and walked us over to Montgomery. We sat down and told him the car we were looking at which was priced at $9,673. He asked if we wanted to look at any other cars and we were open to it, but we had been looking for an Elantra and this one was newer than others on the lot. We also told him that we didn't want to go over $10,000 and all the other elantras were above that. So he printed off the auto check and went to pull up the car. When he got back I asked what made the car cheaper than the other Elantra on the lot when it had more miles. He stated it was probably the trim levels. This shows he knew that the car we were looking at was below $10,000. After test driving the car he asked for some information on our credit scores as we were financing, but didn't want to have them run our credit yet. He said he would get with his finance guy and get us some numbers so we have an idea of the payment amount. That is when Demetrius came over and we talked small talk and he never said anything about numbers, so I asked what he thought the payment would be and he said he didn't know and couldn't tell us really because taxes and fees would change. I explained to him that when we looked on line, we had debated on going through capital one and told him that with our down payment of 2K, we were only going to be financing around 7-8 since that was all that was left. He still couldn't give us any idea on payments, but we knew it was within budget. We had to go back home and we were going to come back the next day to purchase if. BUT when we got home my husband went to pull up the car to show his dad and the same car had been raised up to $15,989 within an hour of us leaving the lot. I immediately texted the salesman and didn't hear back until the next day when he texted asking how he could help in our decision process. I texted back the screenshots of the price change and we went back and forth with him gaslighting me to make me think I was in the wrong. I'm not even mad about the pricing error, accidents happen. I'm mad they weren't up front with us about it and made us out to be liars. I liked Jack until his texts where he was full of it. They realized when we came back from the test drive their error, but instead of telling us and being open about it, they just lied and changed it. We should have walked out when we heard another salesman talking bad about the people who he had worked with that day. He made statements about the low credit scores they had and them being losers.
