“We came in yesterday to combine lines and get new phones. We did not realize all the steps involved and were unprepared , but we received excellent customer service from all involved! His store isn’t in a nice location with the welcoming vibe His store is just not about the money. He really let you know if it’s worth putting the money into the electronics or if it’s cheaper to replace. Taking your money”

“My daughter broker her screen. Made an appointment with assurion and arrived 30 min later. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Dropped it off came back an hour later and it was all done. Great Job!”
“My s22 screen was dropped and cracked while I was hiking this weekend. Not happy about that because fixing those screens are so expensive. Blue Wave got it fixed within and hour and a half, using authentic parts, and charged me the normal rate. He even threw in a screen protector for me. Very professional and very polite.”

My husband & I have a business account with AT&T and recently got an upgrade including a new tablet. We received our tablet in the mail and after 24 hours it became defective. My husband called and Levi immediately took care of our issue and overnighted us a new one that we will be receiving today! Fantastic customer service!”

“Mason at ATT was great. He was very honest and helpful. I came in extremely irritated with the insurance program- Asurion- which is apparently not ATT, but he helped make a really bad situation right. I appreciate his patience because I was extremely angry walking into the store. I still hate the insurance- but have a more favorable view of ATT based on my interaction with Mason and did not cancel my services which is what I came into the store to do.”
“Came into ATT store in Fern Creek today to add a line to my account and get a new iphone. Ethan and Kaleb helped us. I have been an ATT customer for 20 years. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with ATT. Ethan and Kaleb were very personable and very knowledgeable about the products. They helped us choose a phone and accessories and then gave a quick tutorial how to use an IPhone( had an Android before). They were phenominal.!!!”

“10/10 the only place you should go if you’re a T-Mobile customer in the Louisville area. If you’re lucky Sabrina will be working! I came in with my elderly mother who was a bit confused, she was able to help my mom better understand her phone plan, and get our needs for a new phone taken care of in a professional and caring way. I wish more stores had this kind of customer support. Her as well as other members of the staff really are so great, from helping me open the door to the understanding and patience they all had. My mother and I truly appreciate the team and their efforts!Do yourself a favor and don’t go to any other T-Mobile retail stores. Even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it to go to this location.”
“Ordered a Samsung tablet from Amazon . brought it in to add it to our AT&T account only to find that it was equipped for wifi only. Noah Anderson took that tablet back to factory settings eliminating my personal info so I could safely return it. Showed me another Samsung tablet at around the same price and specs. He set it up answered a couple of questions about my account.. all without making me feel the fool for ordering the wrong tablet.. all around a good experience.”

We were first to arrive on a Sunday morning, but it picked up quickly. They were well-staffed to handle it, getting everyone in and out quickly without feeling rushed. 10/10 would recommend current staff.”
“This is my favorite store. There is a salesperson named Violet who works at this store. She's so sweet and very knowledgeable. Every time I go there, she always seems to handle transactions smoothly even when the store is packed with customers. She definitely deserves a bonus for outstanding service.
