DO NOT EVEN VISIT! It’s a long story but if they know you need money they pay only 1/20th of what your good worth is. I visit multiple pawnshops regularly but this one is absolutely something else. I don't really mind their offer but Patrick attitude is nothing but horrible toward customers he even raised voice at me for no reason. I wont visit again!

Don’t ever go here the customer service is very poor no thought of the customer at all they sell items used for more than what they are new and the guy sitting behind the big desk is the pettiest of them all they offered me 5 dollars on a 400 dollar item and smile while doing it they should be shut down very poor excuse for a pawnshop

Be sure to have your original paperwork with you when you pick up your pawned merchandise because, despite the fact you have paid hundreds of dollars in interest, the petty ba$tards will charge you a dollar for the paperwork. Bizarre

I wish I could give them a half star but oh well. The customer service and integrity at this specific location is horrible. I made a pawn and was given a due date for the interest payment. The due date fell on a Sunday which they were closed. They wouldn't honor my payment the next business day and made ME payment an additional fee. After that, I returned to that same store to retrieve my item only to be told I couldn't because there was not enough staff to issue ME my pawned weapon. So I was unable to even pay off the pawn and have to come back at a later date to retrieve my item. I should be fairly compensated but, NOPE....smh

Only a 2 start because their was one associate who was really good and had heart. I went in to pawn my laptop to get flu meds I was offered $100 with a minimum of $75 then by the time manager came over ??♂️ my offer was$65 even tho I explained the cost of my medicine and the reasoning of me coming into their business. Sad and Crazy a "local" company valued making $10 extra bucks over a man trying to get medicine.

Very good used items most of the time. Bought a hedge trimmer, 2 vacuum cleaners and a flatscreen TV! All were very nice items! Excellent place to check out!

Dillon, Leslie, and Byron Were Perfect I’m helping me finding the perfect amp for my car audio. Even though it took ME ( Not Them ) 3 times to find the right one lmao. 5 stars easy!

Extremely nice people working here. They were more than willing to look at everything I wanted to sell and give me an offer. I did have to wait for over an hour to sell 6 different items but they let me take home a DVD for free for having to wait so long.
